3. Reservations

• Reservations can be made through our online form or by contacting us directly.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

4. Pricing Policy

• Apartment prices vary depending on the season and the duration of the stay.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but confirmed reservations will not be affected by such changes.

5. Use of the Apartments

• The apartments are intended for vacation use only.
• Subletting the apartments is not permitted.
• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated for each apartment.

6. Guest Obligations

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartments in good condition during their stay.
• Any damage or loss that occurs during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 45 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 45 days before the arrival date will not be refunded unless otherwise specified.

9. Modifications to the Terms

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canary Island/ Las Palmas, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto del Rosario.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Cancellations

• If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 45 days before the arrival date, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 45 and 31 days before the arrival date will receive a 30% refund of the total amount paid.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 31 days in advance.

2. Refunds for Special Circumstances

• If a guest is unable to complete their stay due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances (such as natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.), each case will be individually evaluated to determine whether a full or partial refund is applicable.

3. Refund Procedure

• Refund requests must be made in writing by sending an email to info@casanamifuerteventura.com.
• Once the request is approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

4. Refund Methods

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original reservation.
• If it is not possible to use the original method, an alternative method will be agreed upon with the guest.
